The people of Miami are not ready for tonight Karate combat event. Say goodbye to the days MMA and boxing run the martial arts world. Karate combats way of innovating and getting great fighters to join their ranks have led up to tonight. This way of fighting may not be so new to martial artist around the world but fight fans are just starting to understand the new guys on the block. Tonight event in Miami will be much more than fighters knocking their opponents heads around. It will be a showcase of high level Karate and sportsmanship. Now with knees added to the ruleset fans will see another side of Karate Combat and their fighters.
The card took a tremendous blow at the weigh-ins last night when Lopez almost died from a bad weight cut. Sources say they found Lopez fainting and couldn't even get up to to weigh himself. This fight will surely be missed but it helps bring more eyes to the other fighters on the card that deserve that respect too. The battle of the Brunos is sure to have fans hooked! The main event in Ross Turbo Levine vs Castañeda won't be over looked as much now and we suspect Castañeda won't make the same mistakes this time so the fight will play out completely different especially due to the added knee rule.
