January 13-- BYB 23 rolled through Miami with what felt like a quick card. We saw the return of Miami legends and the treat of world-class bare-knuckle action in the Trigon. As always local South Florida fighters came to represent and support team mates and just have a good time while studying other fighters of course.
One of those fighters was #1 ranked featherweight Bryan Duran or better known as El Gallo whose also fighting as well February 2nd at the Hard Rock in Hollywood. Sitting front row stunting with his new El Gallo chains. Drippy.
BYB matches have a higher chance of KO's occurring and fights being stopped and BYB 23 was no different. The main event was done by 10pm, talk about a short night.
Miami's heroes showed up to defend our honor as usual. Ulysses "The Monster" Diaz was walked out by JT Money and had the crowd excited to see the Miami legend make his debut in the Trigon. His match was one of the many highlights of the night ending in Uly getting a TKO win against a game opponent in The Red Scorpion, Abu Dey Ali.
The only fighter to get anything close to the hype beside THE MONSTER was another Miami legend, The Hialeah champ who made his return last night to the BYB promotion. Rene Rodriguez looked right at home but unfortunately not everyone can take home a win and his opponent Cisneros seized his moment and showed his sportsman ship right after Rodriguez stood up off the floor.
Check out this final scramble in the first round! What's next for Cisneros?
By the end of the night it had gone by so fast the crowd was still ready for more. Last up was the highly anticipated tiebreaker from some of the baddest bare-knuckle fighters around. Marko Martinjak flew all the way from Croatia to finish his business with his unexpected rival Jarome Hatch. Both fighters have shared they both don't think it should have got to this point and expressed they were both there to finish the job this time.
Martinjak having won their last encounter didn't feel any pressure was on him but fought as if he did working smarter this time keeping Hatch at more of a distance than last time.
In the end Martinjak's hand was raised and he declared himself the P4P #1 in the world inviting Hatch to come train with him for his next camp.
IF ANYONE WANTS TO TRAIN WITH THE P4P BEST FIGHTER IN THE WORLD JUST COME TO CROATIA!
