August 10 -- The sport of bare-knuckle return to the big stage is nothing short of extraordinary. As old as the sport is it has just started evolving and so much of it is taking place in South Florida. The night wasn't just about the battles inside the ring; it was a gathering of legends outside of it. Notable personalities like Paulie Malignaggi and Mike Goldberg graced the event with their presence, adding an air of excitement and prestige.

Erin Toehill had the pleasure of talking with the most humble Brandon "Bosshogg" Johnson who may have not got the win but showed his true heart in the ring.

Levi Costa comes out the winner in his match-up against a killer of an opponent both men looked like bulls on a collision course every step of the way. Without a doubt one of the most interesting matches of the night.

Bare-Knuckle Up and Downs

Harold Mcqeen
Harold Mcqueen and Big B

The ups and downs of bare-knuckle were in full display at BYB 19 as so many fighters went straight to the emergency room battle ridden so we thank the fighters that stopped by to talk to us like Harold Mqueen who lost his match after accidentally poking his opponent resulting in a no contest. Many matches didn't see the last round and it's actually better for the fighters if a no-contest is granted because nobody wants a disqualification stain on their record.
